  • Yes, as long as you don’t use hot tools above 450 degrees and as long as your hair is 100% dry! NEVER use curling/flat irons on wet hair to avoid damage & possible burns.

  • Yes. We pride ourselves in offering the most customizable hair extensions on the market with LUX HAIR. Connect with one of our experts to learn more about our colour-matching services.

  • LUX hair lasts 8-12 months with proper aftercare.

  • *Online bookings ONLY

    *Prior consultation for new clients is REQUIRED

    *$250 deposit on custom order hair taken at time of consult

    *A $50 deposit is required for ALL bookings

    *All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

    *If, for whatever reason, you need to cancel your appointment, approx wait time for rebooking is 2 weeks

  • Yes. You wouldn’t get married without a rehearsal or try your dress on only once, and it should be the same for your hair and makeup.

    A trial run is also a good time to discuss your options and to try different looks that will work for you if the look you desire is not achievable. It may be necessary to purchase hair extensions or other products ahead of time to achieve the desired results.

  • We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, and e-transfers.

  • Yes. Please contact us for travel inquiries.

  • Book approx 2 weeks in advance. Hair installs are booked once tracking is sent approximately 7-10 business days after your consultation appointment.
