You can easily manage your booking via the email confirmation you received right after booking:
Open your confirmation email and click Change / Cancel Appointment.
You’ll land on your appointment details page — click Reschedule or Cancel.
For rescheduling, simply choose a new date and time that works for you. You'll receive a confirmation email with the updated details.
For cancellations, you'll be taken to a confirmation page and then receive an email confirming your cancellation.
Please note that we do not accept rescheduling or cancellation requests via text/email.
